Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I use the background checks for tenant or employment screening?
Because this is not a consumer report under the FCRA. Those types of reports require special legal procedures to protect applicants' rights. We focus on open-source and public records research for personal and business due diligence.

Can you find someone’s bank account, text messages, or credit report?

No. We cannot and do not access private data such as bank balances, credit reports, phone records, or messages. That would require a court order or subpoena.
Our investigations rely on publicly available records, licensed data tools, and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence).

Is what you find legally admissible in court?

In many cases, yes — especially when sourced from public records or properly documented. However, admissibility depends on jurisdiction and how the evidence is handled. We can work with your legal team to ensure our findings are delivered in a useful format.

Will the person I’m investigating find out?

Not unless you tell them. We operate discreetly and within the law. However, if legal action or law enforcement becomes involved, some records may be subject to disclosure.

How do you protect my privacy?

We never disclose your identity or reason for inquiry without your consent. Your case details are kept confidential and securely stored, and we never sell or share your data.

How do you set your prices?

Pricing is based on the depth of research, tools used, and time required. We’re upfront with all costs and confirm scope before any work begins.
